How a consultation works
Schedule your appointment
Call us, email, or submit the form below. Let us know which service you're looking for and whether you have a physician referral or prescription — we'll confirm your appointment and let you know what to bring.
Your private consultation
Meet one-on-one with one of our fitters for a thorough assessment — measurements, pressure point evaluation, product trialing, or absorbency guidance depending on your service. No rush, no generic recommendations. You leave with the right product, fitted correctly, and confident in how to use it.
Ongoing support
We're a small local business and we're easy to reach. If something isn't quite right with your fit, if your needs change, or if you have questions after your appointment — call us. We're here.
Why patients choose us
Choosing where to get fitted for medical supplies is a more personal decision than most people realize. Here's what makes our consultation experience different.
We only recommend what you actually need
Our fitters aren't commission-driven. We'll tell you honestly when a less expensive option works just as well — because our goal is a long-term relationship, not a single transaction.
We work with your entire care team
We coordinate directly with your physician, podiatrist, physical therapist, or occupational therapist — sharing fitting notes, confirming prescriptions, and ensuring our recommendations align with your broader treatment plan.
Sensitive consultations handled with discretion
For incontinence, compression, and other personal health needs, we create an environment that is calm, private, and free of judgment. Many of our patients have never had this conversation with anyone before — we understand that.
Local, independent, and invested in your care
We are a small Bay Area business. When you call with a question, you reach someone who knows your situation — not a call center. That kind of personal connection is something a national chain simply can't offer.
Our Fitting & Consultation Services
All services are by appointment. Physician referrals and prescriptions accepted for all categories.

Therapeutic Footwear Sizing & Custom Molding
Recommended for: Diabetic foot, plantar fasciitis, neuropathy, post-surgical foot care
Ill-fitting footwear is one of the leading causes of diabetic foot ulcers — a condition that accounts for a significant portion of lower extremity amputations. Our therapeutic footwear service goes well beyond shoe sizing: we evaluate pressure distribution, gait mechanics, and foot morphology to select and custom-mold a solution that provides both clinical protection and daily comfort. All fittings are documented for Medicare Therapeutic Shoe Bill compliance.
-
Professional sizing for diabetic and therapeutic shoes across a wide range of clinical styles
-
In-house custom heat molding for specialized orthotic inserts — performed on-site at time of fitting
-
Pressure point and plantar assessment to ensure proper gait alignment and offloading
-
Medicare Therapeutic Shoe Bill documentation and billing support

Orthopedic Brace Fittings
Recommended for: Post-surgical recovery, ligament injuries, arthritis, spinal instability, carpal tunnel
An orthopedic brace that doesn't fit correctly offers neither the support nor the therapeutic benefit it was prescribed for — and in some cases, a poor fit can worsen the underlying condition. Our brace fitting service covers the full range of orthopedic support products: knee, back, wrist, ankle, shoulder, and cervical braces. We fit both off-the-shelf and custom-adjusted devices and educate patients on proper application, wear schedules, and daily use routines.
-
Custom fitting for knee, back, wrist, ankle, shoulder, and cervical supports
-
Expert adjustment of tension, stabilization points, and range-of-motion settings
-
Patient education on proper application, wear duration, and activity guidelines

Compression Wear Measurement & Fitting
Recommended for: Lymphedema, chronic venous insufficiency, DVT prevention, post-surgical edema, varicose veins
Compression therapy is highly effective when the right garment is selected and fitted correctly — and largely ineffective, or even harmful, when it isn't. The right compression level, garment type, and fit depend on the underlying diagnosis, limb shape, skin condition, and the patient's ability to don and doff the garment independently. Our compression fitting service covers the full range of therapeutic compression products and includes hands-on demonstration of donning and doffing aids to ensure patients can use what we prescribe.
-
Precise limb measurements for accurate graduated compression selection (15–20, 20–30, 30–40, 40–50 mmHg)
-
Stockings, arm sleeves, gauntlets, and wraps for both upper and lower extremity conditions
-
Hands-on demonstration of donning aids — critical for patients with limited hand strength or dexterity
-
Expert guidance on compression mmHg based on your physician's prescription and clinical presentation
Post-surgical
Incontinence Supplies — Private Consultations
Recommended for: Urinary or bowel incontinence, post-surgical leakage, neurogenic bladder, mobility-related continence challenges
Incontinence is one of the most common and least discussed health challenges affecting adults of all ages — and the range of available products can be overwhelming to navigate alone. Our private consultations provide a confidential, respectful environment where patients and caregivers can discuss absorbency needs, skin integrity, product fit, and product format without embarrassment or time pressure. We offer product sampling and skin care guidance to help you find the right solution from the start.
-
Discreet, private sizing for briefs, pull-up underwear, bladder pads, male guards, and liners
-
Product sampling program — trial the right absorbency level and format before committing to a full supply
-
Skin integrity guidance and clinical product advice to prevent and manage incontinence-associated dermatitis
We welcome physician referrals and work directly with your care team
For therapeutic footwear, orthopedic bracing, and compression therapy, a physician's prescription or Letter of Medical Necessity is often required for insurance coverage — and we make that process as smooth as possible. We accept referrals from a wide range of clinical providers, document all fittings for your records, and communicate directly with your care team when coordination is needed. Sending a patient to us is straightforward — and we'll make sure they're well taken care of.
