Our staff is certified and trained on all manufacturer's equipment in our warehouse.

 

Pick-up and delivery available in most cases. We also offer rental equipment while you wait for your repairs to be completed. We service Invacare, Pride, Merits and many other popular brands.

 

Should you ever need help using your equipment or require equipment repair, contact us and we will schedule an appointment to assist you at your earliest convienance.

Repairs and replacements are billable on customer owned equipment

 

Fees and Charges

We require the evaluation fee paid prior to our taking possession of your equipment for repair. In the event your equipment is deemed irreparable, then you will be charged $75.00 for the consultation. If we take the equipment in for repair, we require a $75 .00 evaluation fee. That fee will be applied to the repairment of your equipment.

 

Evaluation Fee $75.00

 

Evaluation fee is for Independent Life Medical Suppli technician to come to your desired location to evaluate the repair or service needs of your medical equipment.

 

Repairs ChargesAll repairs are done on a parts plus labor billing. Parts are invoiced at our discounted retail prices and labor is as follows:

 

Labor Charges

$25/hr minimum labor charge

If you get your durable medical equipment from Independent Life Medical Supplies, LLC. then you are protected.

 

Call our toll free number 1-877-456-7510 with a description of your equipment problem and our customer service department will get you on the right track. Someone will contact you and most of our service calls are made within 24 hours. If your equipment needs to be brought back to our warehouse for repair, we will give you loaner equipment until your equipment is repaired and delivered back to you.

 

We offer equipment repair, parts, service and supplies for most durable medical equipment that was sold to you by Independent Life Medical upplies, LLC. or durable medical equipment sold to you by other vendors.

 

Please review our Accepted Insurances to see if we currently accept your Insurance Plan. If bill to Insurance is requested, Independent Life Medical Supplies, LLC will handle all prior authorization requirement and bill your insurance plan directly. Please note, that bill to insurance may delay the repairs of your equipment. We take all major credit cards and personal checks.
